“Buddho” is a word originating from Thailand’s Forest Tradition of Buddhism or also called the “Dhammayuttika Nikaya” lineage.
It is also a mantra of a meditation technique used and taught by the lineage and can be said to directly represents the teachings of the Forest Tradition as a whole.
